Salt * Wet * Fish

Well, now that the renovation on my new house at Holland Avenue is underway, I want to put some before, in-progress and after photos of the new house. Renovation work should be completed within 3 weeks from now and I should start moving my stuff over to the new place by then also.

Where: Singapore, Holland Avenue
Why: Its cheap, nice and near town and my Tai Chi class is also there
What: Its a 3-room improved (3i) flat on the 18th floor, corridor unit (next to corner unit). The house has just undergone upgrading, so I have an addition utility room, making it 56 sqm.

Welcome to my new house. As you can see, the gates, main doors and windows have already been replaced with new ones.
